Art Van Go... Drawing
Grades: K-5
Students will draw with charcoal, ink, and oil pastels. Learn the technique of perspective and shading that make drawings go from flat to fantastic! Students should bring an apron or paint shirt, and a snack to class.
Celebrate Cinco de Mayo by drawing your favorite little Mexican Chihuahua (with his cute sombrero) then keep the colors coming as you learn how to make an oil pastel tulip drawing. Then start thinking towards summer as we create some colorful and tropical fish, using some of the biggest and brightest colors and blending techniques. This session of classes is full of bright and cheerful drawings that will get you ready for summer.
