Art VanGo Online Art Camp - Imaginary Animals!

Join us on this art adventure as we learn to draw, paint, and create imaginary animals like Pandacorns, Big Foot, The Lochness Monster, Phoenixes and Griffins! We will take you step by step learning how to draw and paint animals inspired by mythology and fairy tales. Bring your imagination and creative spirit!

When: March 30-April 2

Monday-Thursday 10:00am-11:30am, PDT

Art VanGo online art camps are designed to be interactive step by step classes that lead you through the process of drawing and painting in a fun and encouraging atmosphere. At the end of each class, you’ll have a finished drawing or painting that you’ll feel proud of.

Who’s invited? Anyone can join, but the class curriculum is designed for kids Kindergarten-6th grade.

What materials do I need? Each day, come prepared with:

paper (if you have watercolor or heavy paper that’s a bonus)

ink pens
watercolors and brushes
chalk pastels
black construction paper (optional)
A list of my favorite materials and live links to buy direct from Blicks is attached to the document in the link in the email confirmation you will receive once ypu register.

Please put a name tag on your Childs shirt so that Elida can call them by name during the zoom call. This can be some messy fun - be sure to create a space to work and wear clothes that can get a little paint-y or bring an apron/smock!

Cost: $45 (We understand that these are difficult times for many families and we want these classes available for every child interested in art! We have a limited number of scholarships available for those who need them. Please contact us at if this circumstance applies).

How do I join?

Get the free Zoom app or you can sign in here . You are invited to a Zoom meeting.
When: Mar 30, 2020 10:00 AM Pacific Time (US and Canada)

Register in advance for this meeting:

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting. Also, when you first join the group, you’ll be muted until everyone has joined. You’ll be able to hear me but I won’t be able to hear you until you are unmuted. I’ll walk you through it!
