The Retreat
Do you need a recharge? Are you ready for a full body reset? Transform your mind, body and artsy soul through this amazing art retreat! Every morning Elida will guide you through a self-reflection activity as she leads you in creating a beautiful, meaningful piece of art. The afternoons are yours for exploring the island and the Lopez Island way of life. Enjoy hiking, riding bikes, strolling along the rocky beaches, canoeing or your personal idea of relaxing. Join the Edenwild community at dinner for excellent conversation, amazing food and finish the day with creating more art!
The Island
As you board the ferry from Anacortes to Lopez Island, you can feel the stress of your life fall away and in no time you will move into a relaxed state of “island time!” Lopez Island is known at the “Friendly Isle” and it really lives up to its name - let it work its magic on you!
The Inn
Welcome to Edenwild Inn, a Victorian inn owned by Crystal and Anthony! Enjoy your stay in one of the nine beautifully styled boutique rooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. You'll discover intimate details that will make you feel at home from the homemade chocolate chip cookies to the basket full of cozy blankets next to the fireplace. Our group will have the whole entire Inn to ourselves so if hanging out in your pj’s Of course, there are also luxurious treats that will transport you away from home like the lovely crystal decanter of brandy and chocolates provided in each room. The inn, like the island, is filled with serenity, charm, and a sweet sense of friendliness.
The Food
If all of this doesn’t sound lovely enough, let me add that the food will be a culinary sensation! Your mornings will start with fresh homemade pastries lovingly created by Jackie, a graduate from the Culinary Institute of America. Lunches and dinners on the island are also sure to impress - farm-to-table is a way of life on Lopez Island and the food really reflects that. Because this retreat is about feeding all parts of you…body, mind, and soul, we believe eating well is important!

This is a small retreat with limited space, on a first come, first serve basis. We will have the entire inn to ourselves aside from staff members. Last year during the retreat we spent a lot of time outside hiking, catching the sunsets and enjoying meals together and we plan to do the same this year.
