There is nothing more beautiful then the Columbia Gorge, especially during summertime. This painting was inspired by my love of the PNW. I used a loose canvas and lots of water and drips throughout the piece which reminds me of the climate and the many rainy days we endure for during the winter so we can enjoy the beautiful summers. This is a statement piece and big enough for any space that needs a strong painting that will draw you into the nature.
